Core responsibilities

  • Sketch, prototype, test and iterate user journeys
  • Contribute to and help evolve design systems
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation
  • Support and occasionally co-facilitate workshops to align teams and shape product direction
  • Provide feedback and support to more junior designers
  • Contribute to project planning and help manage scope and delivery within a team
  • Write and present design rationale clearly to clients and stakeholders
  • Document user flows, edge cases and design decisions to support development handoff
  • Design visual systems including layout, typography, iconography and brand assets
  • Structure information and map user journeys to support intuitive user experiences
  • Map services to understand both front‑stage and back‑stage processes
  • Contribute to agile sprints as an embedded part of multidisciplinary teams

Essentials

  • 5–8 years of experience in digital product design
  • 2+ years in a Senior or Mid-weight design role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident in sharing work with peers and clients
  • Proven experience delivering complex design work in cross-functional teams
  • High proficiency in Figma and working with design systems
  • Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • A portfolio that shows clear thinking, solid UX and UI craft and measurable impact
  • Good technical awareness. Comfortable collaborating with developers and understanding how designs are built
  • Comfortable owning and driving forward end-to-end design work within larger projects

As our new Senior Digital Product Designer, you’ll be delivering high-quality design across a range of projects, contributing to the continued growth and reputation of our studio. You’ll deliver impact resulting in useful and delightful products for some of the world's leading brands. You’ll solve business and customer challenges through clear thinking, strong UX and beautiful UI design.
